Is there really no deposit?
Yes. You start with three months prepaid instead of a deposit — none of the tens of millions of won a direct lease would lock up. (A small refundable holding fee can be added if needed.)
Is this a lease?
No — it's a facility-use (service) agreement. You use a fully-fitted space for your term, without the paperwork of a commercial lease.
Can I register my business here?
You can keep your business-registration address on an AIMSPACE virtual office, separate from the physical space — so your company address stays put even when your space changes.
Is furniture and internet really all included?
Yes. Desks, chairs, storage, meeting set, internet, printer, plus lighting and styling — all ready on move-in. Bring your laptops and start that day.
What about restoring the space when we leave?
Normal wear and tidy-up on move-out is on us — only damage beyond normal use is settled at cost. No demolition or construction is involved.
